Fantastic Stay!

The staff WERE amazing, very friendly, and helpful . The grounds were beautifully maintained and very clean. I enjoyed the large pool area with a pool bar. Breakfast included poached eggs. A great start to each day. My room was large with two bathrooms. It had a kitchen and lounge area. I also appreciated the two air conditioning units.

I found that the room design felt slightly dated. It wasn't a huge issue, but some may find it a bit rustic.

This location IS really good, giving easy access to restaurants, local shops, and attractions. The proximity to the beach allows for quick, convenient enjoyment of water activities. The hotel is also set back enough to provide a quiet environment.

slightly underwhelming stay

good breakfast varied choices uneven flooring tripping hazard

the breakfast options had a good variety with western, chinese, indian and local choices.

I found the room's flooring connecting to the bathroom was not level. It was a tripping hazard and not well-finished at all. frankly, i expected better attention to detail, especially considering the price.

Wonderful Stay for a Peaceful Escape

I appreciated the services provided. The Reservation Manager Surina was compassionate and patient with all my enquiries and changes. The environment felt relaxing with a clean view at the beach. I found soft sand there. I saw live creatures at the beach including star fish, sea snails, and crabs.

the staff were very cute. fresh water was available daily in glass bottles, which i thought was a very nice touch. the rooms were spacious and provided easy access to the beach and cenang area. breakfast was very tasty at lagenda.

the air conditioner was too noisy. it. i hope they can address this issue .

slow check-in locked-out safe

the gym had equipment in good condition!

the check-in was slow. another tour group arrived and demanded attention. the staff didn't seem trained to handle the situation well. the hotel encourages guests to use the in-room safe, but the safes in multiple rooms were locked out, and no attempt was made to fix it. the staff needs a check list to work with, some items were not replaced and replenished.

a dreamy escape by the sea

quiet beachfront lovely pool easy access magical sunset

I found the beachfront location so peaceful with its beautiful swimming pool. it was easy to access water sports right on the beach, including jet skiing. It was such an adventure! the beach bar became my favorite spot for watching the sunset, a magical experience.

The air conditioning in the room was a little noisy, and i could hear the ventilation even when it was turned off. It was a minor inconvenience.

the bellman was polite. he was helpful, always smiling, and took great care with my luggage, everything was perfectly placed in my room. his warm attitude made an impression!

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-kept throughout my stay. It reminded me of a true home away from home. the view of the sea from my beautiful king was amazing and the sound of the waves, so soothing.

The poolside bar was fantastic with a wide selection of drinks and snacks. the hotel had great activities available to book like snorkeling and jetskis. It was nice to have options. the pool and garden were great!
